Mike & Barbara Smith look forward to welcoming you to Brook Farm.
Our 300 year old stone built farmhouse nestles in truly rural Gloucestershire/Welsh Border countryside.Less than a mile from the scenic River Wye Valley, on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean, this area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers an abundance of forest and river walks, cycle tracks and historical places to visit.
Brook Farm Cottage, a comfortable stone barn conversion for 2, clings to one end of Brook Farmhouse yet is totally self contained. It overlooks Slade brook and a waterfall flowing from large wildlife ponds (complete with families of moorhens, seasonal wild ducks, dragonflies etc.)

All windows have beautiful views of countryside, trees and ponds. Step out of the sitting room onto your own little terrace with table and chairs and enjoy the tranquil scene. Guests have complete freedom to wander in our nine acres of land. Footpaths through adjoining farm and woodland start from your doorstep.
St. Briavels village with the 16th century George Inn overlooking St. Briavels Castle is less than a mile. Llandogo village, 2 miles, has a good village shop.
We provide comprehensive local information on shopping, good food, walks and places of interest.
